Walking around all day when you’re traveling can be exhausting. What can you wear that allows you to be comfortable yet still look stylish?

For Italy, I mostly found inspiration in being simple and wearing a piece that will stand out. I think traveling is all about being free and loose in your clothing so you’re able to move around easily, wearing shoes that you know will let you walk for hours without hurting your feet, and not trying to over do it.

For one of my outfits I decided to pair a cute orange red skirt with a patterned top to compliment each other. I loved the color of these two items because they made the outfit very fun and vibrant. I also have been quite obsessed with matching my outfits with some effortless sneakers, which is what I did here, making this look more natural and easygoing. In terms of jewelry, I just wore a small statement necklace that fit with the colors of the look.

My reversible tote was also a lifesaver as it was the perfect size and I could just change the color whenever I felt like it! Reversible totes are great since you don’t need to pack a lot of bags just to match your outfits – you only need to take one with you.

My other outfit is also quite casual with a nice addition of color through a simple accessory – a silk scarf. I have lately been into wearing these tied around my neck or on my bag, which gives the whole look a more dynamic sensation.

I wore a patterned, semi high-waisted skirt with a simple cropped t-shirt. I paired this with some aztec sandals that I thought complimented the geometry of the skirt, and made the look a little bit more bold and exciting.

Tell me what you think!
