It’s been a while… Things have been piling up and trying to be a responsible adult is wearing at times (I think anyone can agree on that). Nonetheless, summer is getting closer by the minute and time is flying by. Every day is an adventure and we must take advantage of it as much as possible. Since a very young age, I’ve had a fascination for all things soft and smooth. Cashmere, silk, satin, velvet… Each one so unique and pleasant. They caress the skin – light, delicate, and gentle. Moving to New York City is definitely a great experience. Personally, it’s one of my top 5 experiences. Since I landed, I haven’t stopped running from place to place on the busy streets and the subway. It can be daunting at times because the city is so big and there’s always something to do that you get lost in all the activity sometimes, but it can also be your own little refuge. That’s why I feel that keeping it simple in New York is always a good thing. If you don’t know what to do, then don’t overdo it, just be yourself. It’s as simple as that.
There’s nothing more classic than black high-waisted Levi jeans. You can never really go wrong with Levi’s and for me, that’s what makes it all the more quintessential. They are so versatile that you can pair them with anything you wish: heels, boots, sandals, shirt, cropped top, etc. and you’re bound to look great.
