In the field

July 14, 2017

It’s summertime, which means barbecues between friends and family, days spent by the pool, and admiring the flora around you. There’s something so uniquely pleasant from watching and listening to the light breeze rustling the leaves on trees. In the countryside, it’s so easy to spend hours admiring the unpretentious world around you and feeling the utmost sensation of being calm. Watching the stars at night, observing bees collect pollen from a distance, sitting on freshly hydrated grass. Nature is majestic, watch and take it all in.

La Libraire, Sézane

March 24, 2017

This place is one of the loveliest secret hideouts in Paris. The cult brand Sézane is known for its clothing and accessories online but they also have a store where it was born. A trip to Paris only to visit the store might be a little excessive but if you happen to be in the city then do pay a visit to Sézane’s Appartement, Librairie, and Denim Atelier. They’re all situated on the same block so you can hop from one to the other. Currently the Appartement is under renovation but it will be open once again in April 2017. Still, the Librairie would have to be my favorite out of all three because you are free to sit down, grab a coffee (on them!), read, and look through their adorable bags and stationary. You are free to spend as much time there as you want, luckily, because it’s just so welcoming and snug that you may never want to leave.

Andalucía Guide + Photo Diary

February 20, 2017

When people think of Spain, they don’t immediately think of Andalusia. This region is a hidden treasure that should be appreciated as much as Barcelona or Madrid. There’s a lot to visit when it comes to Andalusia, so make sure to reserve a week in your calendar in order to explore it all. The best way to get the most out of Andalusia is to do a road trip by car, that way you can hit the biggest towns like Sevilla, Córdoba, Granada, and Marbella. The main attractions in this region are its architecture and monuments – they are rich in remarkable intricate detailing stemming from Arabic influences.
